I.C.E. Transport Co., Inc. was incorporated in the state of New Jersey , USA as a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) with all provisions and requirements of the Shipping Act of 1984. These rules describe that a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier does not operate the vessel by which the ocean transportation is provided and is a shipper in its' relationship with the common carrier.
I.C.E. Transport has furnished the Federal Maritime Commission in the U.S., a security bond and has registered its' tariff with the F.M.C. All shipping services are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions published in the I.C.E. Transport Co., Inc. tariff and are printed on the reverse side of the I.C.E. Bill of Lading.
