Heavy Weight  Program
ICE Transport is a recognised market leader in US heavy weight containerised transport solutions (both US collections and deliveries). If your ocean carrier-haulage restricts you to 19.5 - 20.4 MT payloads for your heavy weight payloads to/from USA, then ICE Transport may have solutions to maximize your payload and reduce your shipping costs per ton.

Whilst Heavy Weight program inlands are marginally more expensive than regular carrier haulage, it could allow you to load up to 25%+ more payload (above standard carrier haulage payloads) thereby considerably saving you in overall freight costs.

ICE Transport's “Containerized Heavy Weight Delivery Programs”.

We operate tailor-made trucking arrangements to maximize containerized payloads into the USA. We have trucking and permits solutions to allow you to potentially run fully containerized payloads thru to many key US states.

Proposition B:

ICE Transport's “Dray, Strip and Flat or Van delivery” Programs.

For those US states where it is not possible to obtain heavy weight trucking permits, I.C.E Transport can offer “on-dock” warehousing at key ocean and rail terminals; we then arrange conventional transportation at legal and safe transport weights.

The unique selling point of this method allows “on-dock and dray, strip & van” allows ability to unpack containers that are too heavy for US roads and distribute the contents throughout the US by conventional vans or flatbed trucks.

This service offers significant cost savings by legally allowing clients to take advantage of the maximum payload of a container. The same principles also works for US exports where we run conventional collections; and stuff to plated container weights at on-dock warehouses allowing you to maximise your ocean payloads and reduce door/door costs.
